Chef Erica Karbelnik, known to many as Chef Erica K, is a celebrated Canadian culinary powerhouse: winner of Top Chef Canada Season 9 and Chopped Canada Season 3, judge on CTV’s Milk Masters, energetic host of Bring On The Karbs, and co-owner of Karbs Catering & Private Events.

Her journey began early—starting as an apprentice under Chef Mark McEwan at Toronto’s ONE Restaurant and advancing through the kitchens of West, The Pear Tree, Wildebeest, North 44, and Weslodge. Along the way, she honed her craft in French-Italian cuisine and handmade pasta, while infusing each dish with her unique Moroccan-Israeli heritage.
